Important: Report your claim within 30 days of the incident to avoid delays in processing.

Secure the Scene and Take Photos

If it's safe to do so, take steps to prevent further damage and document the incident:

  • Take clear photos of all damage from different angles
  • Photograph the overall area where the incident occurred
  • If there are witnesses, get their contact information
  • Do not throw away damaged items until after the claim is settled

Photo Tip: Take photos with your phone - they have timestamps that help verify when the damage occurred.

Gather Required Documents

Collect the following documents to support your claim:

Essential Documents:

  • Your insurance policy number
  • Copy of your ID or passport
  • Photos of the damage
  • Police report (if applicable)

Submit Your Claim

Submit your claim with all required documents through any of these methods:

  • By Phone: Call us and we'll guide you through the submission

Claim Number: You'll receive a claim number once your claim is submitted. Keep this number for all future communications.

Assessment and Processing

After submitting your claim:

  • Our claims assessor will contact you within 2-3 business days
  • An inspection may be scheduled if needed
  • You'll receive updates on your claim status
  • We'll process your claim as quickly as possible

Processing Time: Most claims are processed within 5-10 business days once all documents are received.

Settlement

Once your claim is approved:

  • You'll receive a settlement letter explaining the payment
  • Payment will be made directly to your bank account
  • For repairs, we may pay the service provider directly
  • You'll receive confirmation once payment is made
